Yoon & Kim LLP Of CounselTHEODORE FODERA Theodore Fodera's principal practice includes Estate Planning, Elder Law, Guardianship and probate. He is also an adjunct professor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Queens College where he teaches a course on Wills, Trusts and Estates. Mr. Fodera has been a guest speaker at seminars sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, International Association for Financial Planning, Pace University's Lubin School of Business and St. John's University School of Law. He has been appointed to serve as guardian ad litem, court evaluator and referee in varied legal proceedings and is a former arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He received his B.A. from Queens College and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar.
